Job Description - Customer Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


Dallah Healthcare Company is seeking a motivated Customer Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Riyadh, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information. 5. Assist with customer feedback analysis and work with the team to improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Hardworking and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills. 2. Previous experience in a customer support role is required. 3. Strong leadership and negotiation skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
