Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Customer Support Assistant to join our team at Saudi Cement Company. This is a part-time position that can be done from the comfort of your own home in Mecca, SA. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers.

Requirements: 1. Strong dedication and work ethic. 2. 3+ years of experience in customer support. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Innovative thinking and leadership skills. 6. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
