Fitaihi Holding Group is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Support Assistant, working from home in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
As a Customer Support Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This includes answering inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions.
