Job Description - Remote Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


Saudi Ceramics is seeking a Remote Customer Support Associate to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This part-time position is ideal for someone who is motivated, dedicated, and looking to enhance their customer support skills in a fast-paced environment. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Answer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about our products and services - Assist customers with order processing, shipping, and returns - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers - Participate in training and professional development activities - Meet or exceed customer service goals and targets


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service - Motivated and dedicated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer support - Strong leadership and negotiation skills - Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
