Job Description - Remote Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


Sipchem is seeking a Remote Customer Support Associate to join our team in Riyadh, SA on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to customers - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer needs are met effectively - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues - Continuously look for ways to improve customer support processes and procedures


Requirements: - Resilient and confident personality traits to handle challenging customer situations with grace - Strong problem-solving skills to efficiently address customer concerns - Ability to cooperate and collaborate with team members to achieve common goals - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred - Fluency in English required, additional languages a plus
