Job Description - Customer Support Associate

The Customer Support Associate at Zamil Industrial Investment Company in Mecca, SA is responsible for providing top-notch customer service to clients and ensuring their overall satisfaction. This role requires a resourceful and dedicated individual who is able to strategically plan and creatively solve customer issues.


Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of all communication. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide timely resolutions. 4. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers. 5. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices. 6. Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the company's reputation for excellent customer service. 7. Assist in special projects and initiatives as needed.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Resourceful and dedicated personality traits. 6. Strategic planning and creativity in problem-solving.
