Remote Customer Support Associate

Job Description:

National Water Company is seeking a Remote Customer Support Associate to join our team in Medina, SA. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires at least 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess a confident and resourceful personality, as well as strong soft skills in cooperation and persuasion.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department for further assistance - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and key performance indicators

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
