Al Gosaibi Bros. is seeking a reliable and hardworking Customer Support Associate to join our team in Riyadh, SA. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are looking to gain experience in customer support and develop their leadership and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints - Provide product information and assistance with placing orders - Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information - Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
