Customer Support Associate

Job Description: Herfy Food Services Co is seeking a part-time Customer Support Associate to join our team in Jeddah, SA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support and possess a confident and hardworking attitude.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service 4. Process customer orders and payments accurately 5. Assist in managing customer accounts and updating customer information 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 7. Use attention to detail to spot potential issues and address them proactively 8. Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and procedures

Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in customer support or a related field 2. Confident and hardworking personality traits 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 4. Exceptional attention to detail 5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software 7. High school diploma or equivalent required
