Job Description - Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Associate to join our team at Saudi Telecom Company in Mecca, SA. As a part-time Associate level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer support role and possess a strong work ethic.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Updating customer accounts and records accurately - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance to customers - Identifying opportunities for improvement in customer service processes


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer support role - Hardworking and adaptable personality traits - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
