Job Description - Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


We are seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our team at Almarai Company in Jeddah, SA. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth within the company.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Collaborate with internal departments to address customer concerns and provide timely solutions. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Continuously learn about our products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Requirements: 1. 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Resourceful and able to think creatively to solve problems. 3. Confident in communicating with customers and colleagues. 4. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively. 5. Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
