Job Description - Customer Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:


Sipchem is seeking a dedicated and resilient Customer Support Associate to join our team and work from home in Riyadh, SA. As a part-time entry-level role, this position requires zero years of experience, making it a great opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer support.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide top-notch customer support through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers in resolving their inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.


Requirements: 1. Personality traits: Must be dedicated and resilient in handling challenging customer situations. 2. Soft skills: Strong cooperation skills to work effectively within a team and exceptional analytical abilities to troubleshoot customer issues. 3. Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic. 4. Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus but not required. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing customer needs. 6. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
