Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Panda Retail Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a part-time associate-level position, the Customer Support Manager will play a critical role in managing the customer support team and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of customer support representatives to provide exceptional service to customers. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies for continuous improvement. 4. Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer support across all channels. 6. Analyze customer support metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement. 7. Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to team members. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 3. Energetic and reliable personality traits. 4. Strong soft skills in innovation and decision-making. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 7. Experience with CRM software and other customer support tools.
