Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


SABIC is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support.


Responsibilities: 1. Oversee a team of customer support representatives to ensure timely and effective communication with customers. 2. Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner. 5. Manage customer support metrics and KPIs to track team performance and identify areas for improvement. 6. Train and coach team members to enhance their customer service skills and performance. 7. Act as a point of escalation for complex customer issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 8. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve our processes.


Requirements: 1. 6+ years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Strong leadership and communication skills. 3. Ability to analyze data and identify trends to improve customer satisfaction. 4. Proven track record of working in a team-oriented environment. 5. Hardworking and confident personality traits. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 7. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
