Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Al-Rashid Trading & Contracting Co Ltd is seeking a confident and passionate Customer Support Manager to join our team in Mecca, SA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Support Manager will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer relationships and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer support representatives to deliver exceptional service to clients. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide timely resolution to any issues. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and implement improvements. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sales to support. 6. Train and onboard new customer support team members. 7. Monitor and report on key performance metrics to upper management. 8. Develop and maintain customer support policies and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 3. Strong attention to detail and planning skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and customer support tools. 7. Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
