Job Description - Customer Support Manager


Job Description:


Saud Consult is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The Customer Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing our customer support team and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service possible.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead the customer support team to ensure all customer inquiries are handled promptly and effectively. 2. Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures to improve overall customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor customer support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address them. 4. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Train and onboard new customer support team members to ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries effectively. 6. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues to ensure they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve our processes.


Requirements: 1. 8+ years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Adaptable and resourceful personality traits. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to innovate and implement creative solutions to customer support challenges. 5. Experience managing a team and leading by example. 6. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 7. Proficiency in customer support software and tools.
