Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Fitaihi Holding Group is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team in Medina, SA on a part-time basis. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure excellent service delivery - Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures - Provide training and guidance to team members - Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Monitor team performance and provide regular performance feedback - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Reliable and confident personality - People management and critical thinking skills - Experience with customer support software and tools
