Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Advanced Petrochemical Company is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer support, you will be responsible for effectively managing a team of customer support representatives, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of customer support representatives to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty. 3. Monitor customer interactions and provide feedback to support representatives to enhance performance. 4. Analyze customer support data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and resolve conflicts. 6. Develop and maintain customer support policies and procedures. 7. Train new employees on customer support best practices and company policies. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.


Requirements: 1. At least 6 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Strong leadership and communication skills. 3. Resourceful and dedicated personality traits. 4. Critical thinking and decision-making skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
