Job Description:
Panda Retail Company is seeking a diligent and energetic Customer Support Manager to join our team in Medina, SA. As a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, we are looking for an individual with at least 6 years of experience in customer support management.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of customer support representatives to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. 2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer support department, including managing inbound and outbound customer communications. 3. Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Train and mentor customer support staff to enhance their skills and performance. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 7. Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements: 1. 6+ years of experience in customer support management. 2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers. 5. Demonstrated ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 7. Hardworking and dedicated to exceeding customer expectations. 8. Energetic and enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service. 9. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
