Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


We are currently seeking a passionate and reliable Customer Support Manager to join our team at Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer support, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures to improve overall customer satisfaction. 2. Manage a team of customer support representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Monitor customer support metrics, such as response times and satisfaction ratings, and make data-driven decisions to improve operations. 7. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. 8+ years of experience in customer support or a similar role. 3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Creative problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
