We are looking for a Part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team at the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia in Jeddah, SA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
As a Customer Support Manager, your responsibilities will include managing a team of customer support representatives, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and efficient manner, and continuously analyzing and improving our customer support processes. You will also be responsible for resolving escalated customer issues and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you must be passionate about providing excellent customer service and be resourceful in finding solutions to customer issues. Strong leadership and time management skills are also essential for this position.
