Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


The Customer Support Manager at Saudi Binladin Group in Jeddah, SA will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. This part-time position, suited for a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer support roles, requires a dedicated individual who is confident in their ability to handle all customer inquiries and issues effectively.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Handle escalated customer complaints and provide timely resolution. 4. Monitor customer support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience. 6. Train new customer support team members on best practices and company policies. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in a customer support management role. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 6.
