Job Description:
The Customer Support Manager at Saudi Binladin Group in Jeddah, SA will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction of our clients. This part-time position, suited for a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer support roles, requires a dedicated individual who is confident in their ability to handle all customer inquiries and issues effectively.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery. 2.
