Job Description:
As a Remote Customer Support Manager at Hilton, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer support team to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. This part-time position based in Mecca, SA requires a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of remote customer support representatives - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and efficiency - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance - Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Track and report on key performance indicators related to customer support
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in a customer support management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills - Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively - Passionate and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
