Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team at Saudi Electricity Company in Riyadh, SA. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer support operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. This role requires a candidate with a minimum of 6 years of experience in customer support and a strong understanding of best practices in customer service management.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team meets performance goals and delivers exceptional service to customers. 2. Develop, implement, and maintain customer support policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of customer interactions. 3. Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. 4. Handle escalated customer queries and complaints, working to resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support, implementing new strategies and technologies as needed.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 6 years experience in customer support or related field. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong leadership and team management abilities. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 5. Hardworking and resilient personality traits. 6. Adaptability and cooperation soft skills. 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
