Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Company, located in Medina, SA, is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team at a mid-to-senior level. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Train and mentor new customer support team members - Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices


Requirements: - Resilient and motivated personality traits - Strong adaptability and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven experience in a customer support leadership role - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred - Experience with CRM software is a plus
