Job Description:
Saud Consult is seeking a Customer Support Manager to work remotely from home in Medina, SA. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our customer support team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service at all times.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality support - Monitor team performance and provide feedback to help team members improve their customer service skills - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support
Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Resourceful and driven personality traits - Excellent persuasion and leadership skills - Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
