Job Description:
Yanbu Cement Company is seeking a reliable and energetic Customer Support Manager to work from home in Mecca, SA. As a part-time Associate Level employee, the Customer Support Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat - Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve customer experience - Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records - Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Develop and implement customer support strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty - Train and mentor customer support team members - Monitor customer support metrics and report on performance
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 5+ years of experience in customer support or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload - Availability to work part-time hours from home
