Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Work from home

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote customer support representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure exceptional customer service. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and performance assessments. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues, resolving them in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction. 6. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and recommend improvements to products or services. 7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve operations. 8. Maintain compliance with company standards, policies, and regulations. 9. Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new customer support team members. 10. Provide regular reports and updates to upper management on team performance and customer satisfaction metrics.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 7+ years of experience in customer support or related field. 3. Proven experience in people management and leadership roles. 4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment. 7. Proficient in customer relationship management software and tools. 8. Resilient and driven with a focus on continuous improvement. 9. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure. 10. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
