Customer Support Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Support Officer to join our team at Herfy Food Services Co in Jeddah, SA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 3. Research and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently. 4. Assist in negotiating solutions to customer problems or disputes. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Conduct surveys and gather feedback to improve the customer experience. 8. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Excellent problem-solving abilities. 3. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
