Customer Support Officer

El Seif Engineering Contracting Company is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Support Officer to join our team in Mecca, SA. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support role. The ideal candidate will possess a resilient attitude and strong reliability, along with excellent presentation and project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels - Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
