Job Description - Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Officer at Saudi Airlines in Mecca, SA. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and maintain a positive attitude throughout the interaction. 3. Utilize company resources and systems to accurately document customer interactions and resolutions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and effectively. 5. Stay up-to-date on airline policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Assist customers with booking, changing, or canceling flights as needed. 7. Continuously assess customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement in processes or services.
