Job Description:

The National Water Company in Medina, SA is seeking a driven and energetic Customer Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary. 5. Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Document customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 7. Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in customer service delivery. 8. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in the field.
