Job Description:

Al-Rashid Trading & Contracting Co Ltd is seeking a Remote Customer Support Officer to join our team in Mecca, SA. This is a part-time position at an entry-level seniority, requiring at least 1 year of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities: - Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and improve customer support processes - Adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively - Demonstrate energy and enthusiasm in all customer interactions
