Job Description - Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Customer Support Officer to join our team at Saudi Binladin Group in Medina, SA. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent support and assistance to our clients. This is a part-time entry-level position with 1 year of experience required.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Providing accurate information about products and services to customers. 3. Handling customer complaints and escalations with empathy and professionalism. 4. Collaborating with other team members to improve customer support processes. 5. Monitoring customer feedback and identifying areas for improvement. 6. Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and retention. 7. Performing administrative tasks related to customer support, such as data entry and reporting.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic planning skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
