Job Description - Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Customer Support Officer to join our team at Jarir Marketing Company in Medina, SA. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Process returns, exchanges, and refunds as needed - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist with other duties as needed to support the customer support team


Requirements: - Motivated and able to work independently - Adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs - Strong planning and organizational skills - Excellent people management and communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
