Job Description:

Zain Saudi Arabia is seeking a Remote Customer Support Officer to join our dynamic team in Mecca, SA. This is a part-time entry-level position perfect for individuals with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work remotely and engage with customers from the comfort of their own home.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. 3. Process orders and handle returns or exchanges. 4. Maintain a positive attitude and remain calm under pressure. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 6.
