Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


Saudi Ceramics is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Support Representative to join our team in Medina, SA. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support roles and possess strong negotiation and critical thinking skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support via phone, email, and chat channels - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries - Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and resolve recurring issues - Strive to achieve customer satisfaction and retention goals set by the company


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer support roles - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong negotiation and critical thinking skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volume of inquiries - Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
