Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


Abdul Latif Jameel Co Ltd is seeking a passionate and resilient Customer Support Representative to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat - Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products and services - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Document customer interactions and maintain records of communication - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and support processes - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies - Assist in other administrative tasks as needed


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset - Strong planning and organizational skills - Ability to think creatively and innovate solutions to customer problems - Experience in using customer support software and tools - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)


Personality Traits: - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Resilient in handling challenging situations


Soft Skills: - Strong planning skills to efficiently manage time and tasks - Innovative mindset to come up with creative solutions for customer issues
