Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


Dallah Healthcare Company in Mecca, SA is seeking a passionate and resilient Customer Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role, with a strong focus on providing excellent service to our customers.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency - Providing product information and assisting customers with order processing - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team members - Contributing to team meetings and sharing ideas for improving customer support processes


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or support - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent presentation skills and ability to cooperate with colleagues - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent required
