Job Description: The Customer Support Representative at Hilton in Medina, SA will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support roles, and possess independent and dedicated personality traits, along with strong critical thinking and persuasion skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner 2. Assist customers with booking reservations, modifying existing reservations, and addressing any issues or concerns 3. Provide accurate information about Hilton hotels, services, and amenities 4. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and exceed customer expectations 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 7. Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support roles 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively 4. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities 5. Persuasive communication skills to effectively address customer concerns 6. Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus 7. Proficiency in using customer support software and Microsoft Office applications
