Remote Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

ACWA Power is seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in Mecca, SA. As a part-time entry-level position, this role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in customer service and support in a remote setting. We are looking for confident and hardworking individuals who possess strong leadership skills and creativity to excel in this role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience - Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the customer support team - Strive for excellence and uphold high standards in all customer interactions

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required - Must be confident, hardworking, and possess leadership qualities - Creativity in finding solutions to customer issues
