Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

Kudu Company for Food and Catering is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support and possess key personality traits such as adaptability and resourcefulness.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist in creating and updating customer support documentation and resources

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions - Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time hours
