Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join the team at Saudi Airlines in Riyadh, SA. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and passengers. You will play a vital role in representing our airline and ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and effectively.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Providing information to customers about flight schedules, fares, and services - Assisting customers with booking flights, making changes to reservations, and processing refunds - Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously improving knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and services


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Reliable and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor - Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred - Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
