Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


We are looking for a reliable and driven Customer Support Representative to join our team at Saudi Cement Company in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently 4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 6. Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge to better assist customers 7. Act as a brand ambassador by promoting our company's values and mission


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of customer inquiries 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 6. Must be reliable and committed to providing exceptional customer service 7. Must be driven and eager to learn and grow within the company
