Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


Zain Saudi Arabia is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. 3. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers. 4. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication. 5. Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently. 6. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. 8. Stay current with product information, promotions, and updates.


Requirements: 1. Confident and resilient personality traits. 2. Strong critical thinking and strategic planning skills. 3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with ease. 5. Must be fluent in Arabic and English. 6. Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred. 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is a plus. 8. Must be able to work flexible hours as needed.
