Job Description - Customer Support Representative


Job Description:


Saudi Ceramics is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Medina, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles and possess the personality traits of being energetic and adaptable.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and live chat channels 2. Manage and resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner 3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their needs 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience 5. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 7. Assist in training new customer support team members


Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer support or related roles 2. Strong people management and problem-solving skills 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously 5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software 6. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
