Job Description - Remote Customer Support Representative


Job Description:


Almarai Company is seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a part-time position at the Associate Level, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service roles. The ideal candidate will be resilient and adaptable, able to handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience. 4. Coordinate with internal teams to address complex customer needs. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Continuously update knowledge of company products and services to better assist customers. 7. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.


Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in customer service roles. 2. Strong project management skills. 3. Excellent persuasion abilities. 4. Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
