Customer Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Al Gosaibi Bros. is seeking a motivated and adaptable Customer Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Medina, SA. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but 1 year of experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and issue resolution 3. Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and provide feedback 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers 6. Manage time effectively to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously 7. Uphold a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

Requirements: 1. Adaptable personality with a confident attitude 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Strong time management skills to handle a fast-paced work environment 4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team 5. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus 6. Must have access to a reliable internet connection and designated workspace for remote work
