Customer Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description: The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Support Representative to work from home in Mecca, SA. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and shipping - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain customer records and update information as needed
