Remote Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:

Yanbu Cement Company is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems with our products or services. 3. Provide product information and guidance to customers to ensure a positive experience. 4. Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Document customer interactions and gather feedback to improve our products and services. 6. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and represent the company in a positive light.

Requirements: 1. Reliable and hardworking individual who is committed to providing exceptional customer service. 2. Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities to address customer issues efficiently. 4. Proficient in using customer support software and tools. 5. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. 6.
